...u have a good bonding with your manager and how willing is he to fight for it. Salary is somewhat low compared to market standards.

No Job Security Minimal/Less Work Life Balance for Dev and Product Team. Freshers and Upto 2 years experience are overpressured to complete deliverables Recruitment only based on Referrals Exposure to peer department would be minimal

Freshworks is an awesome company. The issues is that I am into a wrong job role.

Pay grade is average. Some older folks are siting on crucial roles with no or very less tech knowledge. I think Freshworks should analyse the work and replace with better tech professionals if needed. Rest other things are good with Freshworks.

People in freshworks is the reason most people stay back for other than the salary aspect.

The Freshworks "Kudumba" culture is slowly being demised to make way for American capitalism & usual MNC politics. Some of the people on the top have no clue of the reality & just want to keep firing in India & hiring in US in the name of efficiency.

...s something that you are looking for, please do not consider joining Freshworks. Hiring happens only in the US these days with 4 people getting hired for same/similar roles at very high salary and they don’t even get laid off.
