1. Can get fired on a day's notice 2. Extremely toxic work culture which encourages overwork. Entire team is sleep-deprived, tired, stressed, and overworked. 3. Workplace politics 4. Rarely do you work 45 hours/week as your contract says. It easily extends to 60-70 hours. 5. You do not get a yearly appraisal to fight inflation unless you get promoted. 6. Sometimes company principles are not followed just to benefit the company

Fresh Prints cares a lot about how they regulate and do business with their clients. Moreover, Fresh Prints ensures a flourishing environment for the people who bring in the business for the company which surely enhances employee growth as well as the company.

Dislikes

Due to the thriving culture and commitment, sometimes late-night shifts along with extra efforts are required to be put in to ensure deliverables are achieved.

Very toxic culture. Hire Fire policy - be very careful if you are the sole breadwinner because they will fire you without notice. Management is toxic. The company policies are not employee friendly. They expect you to report to Hyderabad office almost once every quarter at your own expense or else you are labelled as not culturally fit and have no opportunities to grow. The Americans look down upon us Indians when almost 80% of the workforce is Indian. Shame on you Jacob! Do not join this company if you value your mental and physical health and like to maintain your work life balance.

I honestly love my manager here and the way she deals with everything. There is so much to learn. It can be tough to understand the culture at first but give it at least 6 months to understand and trust me you will love it.
