Honestly, I love working with my manager and other teammates! Everyone is super approachable, you can always reach out to anyone for anything, and your ideas are always appreciated, and encouraged. Even though all of us work remotely, there's still a sense of company culture that can be seen in how quickly decisions are made, and how much we're told to trust our skills and knowledge. The timings! I'm a morning person so some calls can be late in the night as I'm talking to college students in the US, but that happens only 20% of the time. The work pressure can also be a little too much, but to be honest, my manager is great at helping me delegate the work better so I can have a work-life balance.

Very toxic culture. Hire Fire policy - be very careful if you are the sole breadwinner because they will fire you without notice. Management is toxic. The company policies are not employee friendly. They expect you to report to Hyderabad office almost once every quarter at your own expense or else you are labelled as not culturally fit and have no opportunities to grow. The Americans look down upon us Indians when almost 80% of the workforce is Indian. Shame on you Jacob! Due to the thriving culture and commitment, sometimes late-night shifts along with extra efforts are required to be put in to ensure deliverables are achieved.

I honestly love my manager here and the way she deals with everything. There is so much to learn. It can be tough to understand the culture at first but give it at least 6 months to understand and trust me you will love it.

I love the fact that everyone here makes me feel very included and we can ask anyone for help irrespective of their position in the company! It is a great company to work in and it feels like I am at the right place.

Dislikes

I don't like the fact that we don't have many office meet-ups and it is completely work from home, it would be great if the company worked more on the employee's experience and more recreational activities and perks.
