The best thing about Freshprints is its work culture which is very supportive, healthy, and friendly. Whether you are a fresher or a senior employee everyone gives enough attention to your thoughts and ideas. Very toxic culture. Hire Fire policy - be very careful if you are the sole breadwinner because they will fire you without notice. Management is toxic. The company policies are not employee friendly. They expect you to report to Hyderabad office almost once every quarter at your own expense or else you are labelled as not culturally fit and have no opportunities to grow. I honestly love my manager here and the way she deals with everything. There is so much to learn. It can be tough to understand the culture at first but give it at least 6 months to understand and trust me you will love it.

I love the fact that everyone here makes me feel very included and we can ask anyone for help irrespective of their position in the company! It is a great company to work in and it feels like I am at the right place.

Dislikes

I don't like the fact that we don't have many office meet-ups and it is completely work from home, it would be great if the company worked more on the employee's experience and more recreational activities and perks.
