The culture can be collaborative at times, they try to be inclusive and make it like a community, but that is not always successful.

The company does not have any HR policies in place, so if you feel like you are bullied or singled out, it's all dependent on your manager if they want to fix the issue. The management Is unprofessional, unreliable, and toxic. There is zero job security, they are infamous for firing at a moment's notice. They literally fired one of my colleagues because she is not a "culture fit". She was the second-best performer on the team and super friendly too, this makes me believe it was just personal. Unrealistic work expectation, passive learning & lack of clarity from seniors. Working like a startup and the entire focus on things that are totally different than the market. Work is never 9 hour, expect to work minimum 12 hours a day

I honestly love my manager here and the way she deals with everything. There is so much to learn. It can be tough to understand the culture at first but give it at least 6 months to understand and trust me you will love it.
