We get salary on time Flexible timing but you may work 15hrs also a day sometimes if anything to deliver

From manager level they dont respond to the team members concerns. No Hike even you have a good feedback in appraisal. No hierarchy from team members to highlevel, we need to update everything to everyone. No planning in Hierarchy and responsibility. No equality in a team, each (dept, ui, ux, development, etc) treated separately even if you done along with the team.

Never know when you will be fired. Employees who have emis Or financial debts, please don't join as they will pay off with out any reason, recently they fired around 100 employees with any reason saying simply employee separation, they don't even listen if we ask is there any performance issue

Forsys company will give you more job security because most of the projects are dealing with Salesforce technologies, so not to worry about job security. Company policies are good same as like other MNC companies. Work culture is very good you can maintain the work-life balance. More over you will have very good increments(15 % - 30 %) every year. Apart from salesforce company is dealing with integration projects

Company won't provide any cab facility, every time they are dealing with ICICI lombard insurance, employees are not showing much interest to take that insurances

Family company. Company runs only on politics. Top people you will see on the website are useless and knowledge less. Not willing to listen and accept anything.
