... good compensation policy in this covid situation, Appraisals or bench policy. 2- In initial days salary got credited on time but after 2 months it got delayed. If you will contact HR for same they will not revert your emails or pick up phones. 3- You have to maintain a good relation with your client side manager else if you get kicked out there is no bench policy. You have to search project on your own and there is no compensation in between.

There will be a lot of learnings in terms of technology. You can learn a lot of technology depending on the client. The client was Wayfair for me.

Don't at all trust the company. Initially they gave a salary of amount 40 LPA for me. But they said after 11 months that they are doing cost cutting and reduced the salary of everyone to 30%. You cannot trust the company at all. But they are still hiring people. They changed the notice period too just before one month of this scam. You would get a salary decrement if you work hard for the company. They did this stunt saying market is tight. Yes it is. But why are they hiring others and lowering current people position and salary? A lot of false promises. They didn't even give people the incentives that they said in offer letter. Other than this they follow a lot of Unethical practices. NO JOB SECURITY. You might be let go any moment and not because of your performance.

...b offer and resign from your current job, they will be stop picking your call, don't trust their offer letter where they mentioned you as a permanent employee, or somehow they will remove you, they will pay 2 months salary as compensation, THEY WILL PAY YOU NOTHING. ONCE CLIENT RELEASE YOU FROM THE PROJECT ITS AND OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT WITH THEM. NEVER HOPE FOR ONETIME SALARY FIRST YOUR TIME SEAT WILL BE CLEAR BY THE THE CLIENT THEN YOU WILL GET YOUR PAY, IF YOU GET ANY TROUBLE NO BODY WILL PICK YOUR CALL FROM THEIR SIDE, NEVER JOIN THEM UNTIL YOU HAVE NOT ANTHER CHOICE

Work life balance(Depends on client). No issue with salary.

Dislikes

Lack of communication with their employee and clients. In my case my client told me like my contract is going to end and even Foray didn't know about it so as a result I was got unemployed after 2 weeks this is totally due to miscommunication.

When you hired for foray, they will add so many things to the on-hand salary, you will receive very low than they mentioned
