Cons: Before joining keep in mind that it's only last option than only apply. Reason: 1- Since it's contrat to hire company so forgot about any good compensation policy in this covid situation, Appraisals or bench policy. 2- In initial days salary got credited on time but after 2 months it got delayed. If you will contact HR for same they will not revert your emails or pick up phones. 3- You have to maintain a good relation with your client side manager else if you get kicked out there is no bench policy. Work Details

Since I have deployed to client side and project was good , so I got all benefits of that. But I haven't seen office physically. If you will contact management for anything may be you have to reach out 2-3 times for getting feedback.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
