Very Bad Politics, Managers and lead are only there to eat creadit of team mates. they collect forcibly bad reviews from team if someone is at his best among team. Politics can kill your mental health here.

My project is good so the work is a bit satisfying but most projects are not very good .

Micro management -(firstIn LastOut) Sapience tool where we need to log 8 hrs but for that we need to move the mouse 11 hrs. 8 hrs in office must , no WFH option sudden layoff even if you gave 100% to work (That's what i did : ) No benefits except health insurance

Fiserv used to be a good org but after it's merger with Firstdata it became pathetic day by day.

...of system for a min of 10 -11 hrs Zero job security they just read a script and lay off people Forget about appraisals arnd pay increament A d micromanagement is the essence of this org.
