Option to WFH, Hybrid Incentives but that was also a rare sight.

Dislikes

Management kept changing their approach every month. There was no structure to business. Opportunity to grow was as good as not there, and there was no IJP. No trainings or learning options were available. There was stagnancy, and same patterns repeated every year. Few of those who knew how to survive by being in the good books were always favoured and given more attention.

Less work for new joiners. Average hike is better than service based companies.

Dislikes

Most of the employees are working for more than 8-10 years. They have their friends group who get better hikes and promotions. Especially those who discuss stock market with managers. Management is worst in terms of delivery- they don't know what to deliver and when to deliver. Core banking products and management both are worst especially deposit solution group.
