It is defintely a good company with a lot to learn about products. And the salary package wise is also good.

The work culture is very bad, as the Managers are given unnecessary pressure on sales and other KPIs. People are asked to open the stores late at night if the sale is less. No resolutions are being given for any problems and lastly even with follow ups the managers and staff are responsible

...give a single rupee . In-store any health issue, cotton boxes lift fall down .. take a sick leave cut the salary deduction management not a payslip or offer letter don't join this company no growth no use

They hire manager with high salary. They will use well. When situation turns wrong ,if store not performing well. They ask us please leave . They know all the truth why store not performing. But they blame keep manager. Every year they try to shuffle managers force fully

Firstcry have good work culture and flexible work hours. Supporting staff and top management. Canteen has good facilities and food quality is good. Management support learner to get innovative skills.

According to the work stress people are getting less paid or we can say salary is not fair.
