...n't like management.. manager are poor all they don't know how to managed work.. I don't don't know how to they have pay very less salary and growth and increment very slow.. manager are very poor... do anything but without politics you can go away ..manager bhi apni wife ko dal rahe Hain ab toh😆😆. Their isnt equality at work. All leaders arnt treated the same. Few leaders gets lods of benifits due to their connections with Managers and few who choose to show that reality won't be treated well. So in short u need to just follow the norms of the skillset even if it is against your ethics and values.

...ure. Management is supportive, transparent and mentors team to learn new skills. Company policies are good, Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus based on performance.

Only the initial package offered is good. Later you'll realize that it was all a bait to get you and keep you in a very toxic work environment.

- toxic work culture - boot li ng to get ahead - planning and plotting to force people out of company if manager doesn't like him/her - far behind in technology - almost no learning prospects - toxic work politics

They will not specify anything they will do, including your salary pay... I mean salary is fixed on some components but they fluctuate as per their needs. They will treat you like you are their salves. they will not increase your salary even after putting your efforts. They won't pay Overtime, even after you had done it. Environment is very narrow minded. They are incapable in terms of everything you can name of, starting from your groming till mindset (out of the box). Pathetic company i must say, i don't know how the share valued had rose for the company from 35 to 180. Bad and worst people on planet earth.
