Work environment will be maintained clean that it.

Dislikes

I have joined as fresher in company. Worst experience, No salary hike, increament.My first month salary is around 14k and in few months it decreased as 13 & 12 . After that I received same 14k and it is called increment or salary hike as per company ethics. Joined in 2019 and relieved in 2023 with last month salary of only 17k . So, fresher who were seeking for job don't start your career here, they pay you only minimum wage for 10 years too.

Zero politics inside the office, and excellent environment but the growth is limited.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Need to work 24/7 shift and sales and service employees on the same floor. Sales people will be earning a lot of incentives compared to service.

We can make good money or atleast we used to. Management was employee friendly but not anymore. Safety for women is good with campus but their health is non of company's problem

Dislikes

...om, you have to wait until your next planned break which can be after 2.5 hours. Constant extension but no compensation. Even if you're mentally breaking down, you just have to log in and take calls. It was not like this a year ago but not sure what changed. Employees are Fallin sick but management is not changing.
