1.No work-life balance 2.No leaves allowed even if you have leave balance 3.Un-realistic metrics to achieve else Termination 4.No sick leave or emergency leave allowed , if you are about to die , you have to inform the team leader 3 hours prior 5.Company will not let you go but will not let you stay either 6. Un-professional and unhealthy , Toxic to core Team leaders 7. HR's will not arrange a skip meet but will arrange your termination discussion instantly 8. You will find TOP GRADE politicians here. 9. Rotational shift and week offs are unpredictable

Dislikes

No WFH option even if there is a possibility from the process perspective, Terrible office culture because of politics from the management as well as the agents and HRs intervention was not timely. Management will call you and threaten you regarding your job even if you are a performer and achiever but do not do things their way because they are looking for all the credit.

People from operations especially trainers are not cooperating with QA and supporting all the users regardless of the incorrectly worked accounts. Also the company has terminated me in BGV and it was not my decision to quit the company. Also the company has terminated a lot of people like me even after insisting them not to do so.

Just the recruitment Team is good helping the candidate to get hired.

Dislikes

...ring 3 rounds of interview I was told I was not selected but without any reason. Ops manager just wrote rejected on a paper and the recruitment team is like did you discuss package or you might have over experience for this position. There is no clear communication on what's the main reason for not hiring. Even after clearing every round of interview.
