I have worked with the company almost for 10.9 years.I have worked in different teams starting from operations to training to HR.Journey from associate level to Managerial position (headed East region as HR Manager) was actually full of learning and new experiences.The growth prospect inside the organisation and learning opportunity is really appriciable.I have got opportunities to work in different branches in different locations all over India and also got responsibilities to be a team member of a team to set up a new center. Appraisal process is transparent , friendly work environment with required discipline.

The growth prospect is there however compensation for the internally grown people compare to the fresh outside hires can be looked upon.

They'll treat you like labourers, no work life balance, they not at all value their employees and no leaves even after 6 months also the leave policy is there. I not at all prefer anyone to come this side. until and unless you are in a desperate need of money or job

I wasn't fired. And I was given freedom to try to designing which helped to gain knowledge. But also faced difficulties by not have clear info of what the really want. Ceo has struggling to explain his work needs.

Dislikes

I was demanded to work for three brands but my salary wasn't increased. I used to work for 10 or even 10.30 pm. But still my work was not recognized. I was offered WFH but Ceo demanded to come and work in office. But they offer permission to shift the timing but I didn't want to take advantage of it . I use to work over time for them.
