Fsl are work is very easily and comfortable but salary is very low in old associate no incriment and not pramotion very partiality under in process and head department not satisfied for HR department

FSL is very nice company and company policy , security , cleaning, and some team leader is very supportive .

...ai , survey ke team leader sahi se support nahi karte the aur bahot strict the . Aur jab me survey prosess me tha tab, Mari salary 4 baar hold par Hui thi koi bhi reson k bina , survey me call flow bahot hai 1 din k 200 se 250 call lene padte hai , aur TL jaldi chhutti bhi nahi dete hai , aur uske alava FSL is very nice company.

...moment and culture. Teammates are supportivs and the management is transaparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and RNR every festival time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and carrer growth is slow. There is bond 18 month before which you cannot elligible for promotion.
