...e up with the confidence. And I've lovely time with my team mates and colleague. Salary is quite decent but can be better if promoted quickly. Career growth is quite less I think, because over 500+ employees everyone is doing well so, due to do much of competition career growth is quite less. No politics I have been gone through in my 10 months of time period. Environment is very easy and friendly. There's pressure of targets but not that much as compared to other BPO's. Managing 8 hours of work and daily life is become easy if you get familiar and enjoying for what you're doing.

Dislikes

The only thing I had faced during my short period is, they never listen to your resignation process. If you're good employee for them, they'll not let you go so easily. The strategy behind is employee get frustrated and take their resign instantly. The same happened with me, my team leader never listen to my request and in the end I have been so much pressurise to take instant resign. Thank you

Good work culture, flexible shift time, Friendly support by all members of FSL , on time salary policy, innovative team and an excellent environment to work. I loved it. Really a good company to work.

Dislikes

According to the nature of duties and job profile, compensation was not sufficient to work whole month with free mind. Appraisal policy was goings down from 2013 and no any extra incentives was given for a good job. Salary was not up to the mark as per company standards and as per state Capital.

Teammates are very good, training is good, job is not secure, no growth, no salary increment after a long time, environment is good enough. You cannot stay here for life long.

Very late growth and very less salary package.

Teammates are all good and if we talk abt training that is also awesome security is much better career growth is also there salary is less according to work everything is good all though it's a nice place to work.

Salary package is better when compared to other companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Sutherland BPO Companies

They'll treat you like labourers, no work life balance, they not at all value their employees and no leaves even after 6 months also the leave policy is there. I not at all prefer anyone to come this side. until and unless you are in a desperate need of money or job
