No Job Security, work pathtic because of lots company work on same floor,, management not work on depth ,policy not belong to India ?

Training is good based on job activity,carrier groth tough ,salary not upto market standard, as well appraisals, travel limited positions only,, environment not good at all because HR /Security dept,pressure,work life balance is ok..

...embers can not tolerate at all as well annoyed rules made for employees too bad. Salary on time! Too much office politics! Bad behavior of teammates! Different rules for each employee! Not much career oriented atmosphere! Feel helpless more of the time! Company is good but politics play by senior level staff not good at all!!apprical on time but as per work profile salary is too less

FedEx provides every training which is must at for all employees and jod security is the best part of this company. Teammates are very supportive on each & every level. Best thing FedEx works hard on their employees in terms of personal development to achieve company goals through this tool.

salary freezing on staff level after spending 4-5 years in same position.

culture, continous restructuring, older technology, favouritism, existing people not allowing new-comers in projects, no knowledge sharing, people ask to read SharePoint instead of sharing knowledge, too many processes which needs to be learnt only on SharePoint documents
