There is nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

...ntives for what you might have put everything in stake and worked day and night. They will not even release your salary. They will trap you in so many other things clear this clear that but will never give you your pending amount.

Environment is good, team leader is super supportive, other colleagues also support in effective performance. Fab is helping me by putting me on Leave Without Pay(furlough) for a span of 5 months instead of firing :)

Dislikes

The thing which i dislike is appraisal/performance review cycle. Work load like an Elephant and compensation like an Ant 😊 No reward for being loyal and honest to the organisation (even after working for 2years with super honesty and loyalty, didn't get support even in managing basic expenses like rents due to which I lost my shelter) Note/Suggestion: Feedback is a personal experience, which can be of any sense(positive or negative). I hope everyone is allowed to write negative feedback also? But yes in a constructive tone 😊

They have put me n mush of the staff on leave without pay since june.. n prior to that they deducted 20% of the salary with mandatory 7 days deduction. Yhe CEO's are taking 25% deduction, The ceo's think there is only 5% gap between then and thr rest of the employees.

In terms of a startup, It's quite good. It's not overly strict; the timing is flexible, and there's no unnecessary salary deduction. The rest depends on your manager. Compared to other competitors and startups, they pay well. They pay very generously to senior management.

They are not focusing on long-term growth; management is focusing on creating their own wealth. They do not pay variable on time, and to some teams, not at all. policy changes on a monthly basis. No work life balance, anyone can call you at anytime, any day.

Nobody cares about the SDR team, If you set up meetings reporting manager will not attend them, and they will most likely be cancelled, We get observe the sun rise, set and return during our daily routines. my reporting manager spent the entire day with city lead. The city lead will asking us to set up meetings with clients for him on every monday; the rest of the week, he will not bother us. They will teach you two lessons how to fix up meeting how to blame others
