Office is good and enough space in cafeteria but don't know how to manage criteria.

They are providing salary package less than previous organisation. Before attending interview first confirm how much they can offer you else you will waste your time in attending interview here and also lose your money for traveling.

It's a great company to work & grow. Has several learning opportunities. Employee centric.. HR is very strong.. you do well you grow. However at one point the growth stops and compensation not matched with market benchmark.

Salary & growth. Been in same role for 5 years, exceeding expectations but no promotion.

It was ok as all big MNCs but there a many pros and cons like every organization Job security is there . They don't terminate u simply unless u don't do anything against their compliances They even paid me during the time of pandemic without doing any job Employee centric company it is

Politics , favorism , discrimination , cab comes before 1.5 hours or 2 before the work and leaves very late Sometimes I felt school was much better No Saturday or Sunday holidays Too much rules and regulations If u work you'll get paid only Long procedure to take leaves also

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.

Promotion and Salary hikes are Pathetic!!! Upper leadership are the real world blood sucking worms, they don't hesitate even if they could suck 10 rupees from you...I haven't seen the level of cost cutting in any other company compared to what EXL have...very degraded corporate culture..!!!!
