It’s frustrating to see the same people promoted over and over while others are ignored. If you want to feel like a disposable resource, this is the perfect job for you. Clients are often met with resistance when they seek clarification on project deliverables.

I've been stuck on a Performance Improvement Plan for months without any clear feedback. It feels like a trap. I can’t believe how convoluted the process is; it’s exhausting. No regard for mental health or work-life harmony. High turnover rates say it all. People are leaving because they can’t take it anymore.
