It feels like they intentionally keep staffing low to squeeze more out of the few who are left. Endless meetings about nothing—my time is wasted here.

I regret taking this job. The promises made during the interview process were never fulfilled, and now I’m stuck in a dead-end position. Workplace gossip is rampant, and management does little to curtail it. Management lacks basic empathy. This place feels like a nightmare sometimes.
