The management team is out of touch with the employees. They have no idea what’s happening on the ground and don’t care to find out. The competitive nature of the workplace fosters resentment rather than teamwork.

Dislikes

Promotion seems to be based on who you know rather than what you can do. It’s frustrating to see junior staff earning more than those of us with a decade of experience. The pay structure is completely skewed. WFH privileges seem to be awarded based on personal relationships rather than merit.

Any semblance of meritocracy is a facade; expect to be overlooked for promotions. You won’t have time for hobbies or relaxation.

Dislikes

Employee feedback is ignored; no one listens. The toxicity is palpable. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Higher-ups love to micromanage, which stifles creativity and initiative.
