...all about politics; actual performance doesn’t matter. Bonuses are non-existent. Overhyped salary packages. I feel punished for putting in extra hours while others get away with slacking off. They change your hours at the last minute without considering your commitments. Management makes grand promises about improvements and support but fails to deliver. It’s all talk and no action. The company’s values are merely for show; they don’t practice what they preach.

If you can’t communicate well in English, you’re out of luck. Promotions seem to be handed out arbitrarily, not based on merit. The lack of diversity in leadership roles is glaring. It’s time for a change, but it doesn’t seem like they care.

I was misled about the variable pay structure. It’s a total bait-and-switch once you start. Employees are treated as disposable resources, not valued team members. The company's culture promotes fear rather than collaboration. It’s a nightmare to work here.

It's clear that people are desperate to escape this toxic atmosphere. Tasks are repetitive and lack challenge, leading to disengagement. Employees are overworked with minimal resources. They promote people to leadership positions, but those leaders lack any real skills. It’s frustrating and demotivating.
