Nothing.

... offer whatsoever. Redundant work with close to nothing in terms of improvement. Salary: Pays well. But not enough and nothing is enough to completely dismantle your work-life balance and your private life as well. Company culture: Worst. Plagued with internal politics and favouritism. Kolkata branch especially has deep-rooted nepotism so do make friends with the ones who have familiar connections with the top brass (If you're an unfortunate employee in the Kolkata branch). Job security: Officially EY doesn't believe in the hire-and-fire culture as communicated quite vocally by the HRs, but unofficially and as the truth is about them, if you get on the wrong footing with the seniors, they will make it a personal mission to see you're thrown out of the company. Promotions: Be on the good books of the nepo colleagues and they will have a good word for you with the higher management (their relatives) and viola! You have been promoted! Or, get on their bad books and see yourself getting thrown out the next year or so. Yes, work isn't a qualifying metric for promotions, sadly. Work satisfaction: If you are up for redundant work and looking for a place to exclusively retire yourself having done all the improvements and upskilling that you could in your entire career and finally said to yourself it's time to hang up the boots but still need a moderate source of income, then this is the right place for you to be and you'd be satisfied by how stagnant and redundant the work here is. A great and stable close-to-retirement work-life which competes with the likes of working at TCS.

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

Very toxic culture and filthy people who always utter bad things and humiliates their juniors. They're qualified professional holding professional certification but they don't have any etiquettes.

Looks good on CV Company environment & culture looks ideal during Inductions Office at prime locations

Dislikes

...make you scapegoats when you're not butliking and they've target to fire people. They'll make your life hell, like if you're offline for 45mins from Teams for lunch, they'll call you, scold you in front of their bosses When I complaint to Exit HR, she said she cannot note it as exit reason, really wow Cannot change counsellors without their approvals which defeats the purpose of having that option Managers know everyone's contributions but will only support their favourites No professionalism No software licenses for project work(I've to use trial versions using different accounts after it expires), No standard templates for documentation or project management Unnecessary trainings pops up every now & then, sometimes same trainings with revised syllabus that you've to pass every quarter with 80% and un-skippable videos Below average hike, they told everyone gets full variable pay but that's only for favourites You'll see most bad behaviour - low skill one's promoted & defended by Seniors. They must have some off-office understandings going on. First I applied for early release which they denied & just before a week got email-approvals on my early request of early release. so called supportive culture gives you a week to find another job
