...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is terrible and career growth is slow.

I learnt a lot in this company. The company gives a lot of work and so the person gorw. There are ample of opportunities in learning. Regarding IT sector, the company can be considered a startup where you need to work day and night.

... culture it's good but depend on each individual how they understand & adopt it. The leadership need to improve their thought process on utilization targets to be sync with compensation provided. The company policies has lot of scope to improve which will satisfy the employee needs.
