EY was a good employee oruented firm.There has been recent changes in management with a froup of people coming from Cognizant who has disrupted the entire organisation policies.The higher manGement people who have no idea of automation is being hired as the leader of QA and automation which is very funny

EY is a great place to start your career irrespective of whether you are a freshers Or experienced professional. Good work environment and most of the team and team members are approachable and helpful.

After working for long years my salary was not met with market standards. Even after expressing my aspirations nothing changed.

Only compensation is above the market standard in comparison to service based company

No work life balance, not healthy environment, lack of technical SMEs, Yearly hike is 4 percentage, lots of politics, not good for hardworking resources, No WFH, not a good campus, canteen is very small and prices are very high like 5 start hotel, no goodies,

Only salary is good. I haven't completed a year so don't know about appraisals.

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance, seniors will not tell you anything and expect you to know everything even if you are a fresher, lack to training, too much office politics, no personal life, seniors treat you like garbage, humiliation, no empathy, only work here if you want to lose your self respect and self confidence, colleagues are too selfish and only boot lickers can succeed here.
