That Permanent employee treat contractors as contractors only not as there colleague.

Dislikes

no motivational for contractors, low salary, no extra perks or bonus given as compared to permanent employee, no job security and satisfaction, terrible facility.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.
