Dislikes

I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

Too stressed - no offer letter yet
I left my job only with an intent letter in hand. It's been a week of followups with the HR still I have not received the offer letter. They are telling to consider the intent as the offer till the offer letter is rolled out. I am too stressed now. I feel like I should withdraw my resignation as God knows when they will release the offer letter. Yesterday I was told that by today morning I will receive the offer. Called the HR but she ain't responding. It's too stressful. I have 90 days notice so I have the option to withdraw but my self-respect will go down the drain then.
