Only the salary that I negotiated for is what I am getting on time, rest nothing is likeable.

One single word, just because it's Big four, don't fall in the trap, unless you have no family and no life of your own. Everything depends on your partner and director who decide which policy will be applicable. EY policy or HR are useless and nothing else matters, work culture, work life balance 😔 forget it. Long office hours proves your productivity not that how fast or proficiency you can do your job. PPL whom you will be reporting will constantly remind you of your package and will not allow you any humanitarian support when needed.

Promotion based on projects and you need to lucky to get the projects and promotions. Hybrid working model and compulsory to go to office. No transparency on Appraisal Pressurise to not take much leaves even it is available leaves…

Good hikes and bonus with changes of working on upcoming and trending technologies, which again would depend on the kind of project you are alloted with. Flexible working is a plus.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, toxic managers, tight deadlines.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.
