As long as you don't ask for change in work, as the promised you can, or ask for a raise, because they are deliberately underpaying you, then you will have a good time here.

Dislikes

Says competitive pay in job ads and goes on to underpay you. Ask for a raise and your request will get shot down immediately because "you do not have year long good performance review to create a business case for them to go ahead with the discussion it with their leads". You can help with their vision of building a better working world if you do not ask to change the useless engagements that doesn't contribute to your career growth. And no, your ambitions and hard earned skillsets doesn't really matter. They will assign you as they please. No on the job training. Managerial folks going from friendly to hostile as soon as you ask for a change or raise.

Only salary is good. I haven't completed a year so don't know about appraisals.

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance, seniors will not tell you anything and expect you to know everything even if you are a fresher, lack to training, too much office politics, no personal life, seniors treat you like garbage, humiliation, no empathy, only work here if you want to lose your self respect and self confidence, colleagues are too selfish and only boot lickers can succeed here.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

Flexible work hours , company ethics , decent salary growth, professionals to work with, opportunities for self development and learning, job security , cross training and development if you wish.

Dislikes

Not much exposure to higher management. Strict compliance and access policies. After a point of time you won't be able to see future path.

A positive aspect of work-life balance is having Saturdays and Sundays off, along with the timely crediting of salaries. The provided Udemy access is a helpful training resource; however, the rest of the training seems unnecessarily burdensome.

Dislikes

The job lacks security, with manipulative management, no perks, promotions, or appraisals beyond basic salary. The company culture favors power over merit, making survival difficult without influence.
