Dislikes

Every year they find a reason to not give you a good hike or bonus. Even they said Corona as a reason, though company did extremely well that year financially. This year they have spend more than enough on splitting EY and dropped it. They don’t have a concern for the people working for them.

Salary on time (1st every month), lot of training available, Free MBA from Reputed university, 5 days week, Colleagues are highly qualified and having in-depth experience, Fortune 500 company.

Payroll employee are better treated compared to fix term employee, There is a lot of scope of team-work culture, appraisals are not as per merit, like mediocre company appraisals are not that much lucrative and hence attrition rate more.

Global brand (Fortune 500), salary on time, i.e. 1st of every month, no deduction during pandemic, lot of training, good team combination etc.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Lot of travel resulting less time spent with the family, groupism, less repect for seniors, no job security, many staff are on fix term contract and its rare that they become permanent, appraisal to only few selected etc.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

I am having 5 years of experience into Java backend with 15.5 LPA CTC(Complete Banking Domain exp). I have three offers in hand. 1. NTT DATA 23 LPA(20 LPA fixed) 2.EY 23LPA(19LPA fixed) 3. Photon 26LPA( 24.6 fixed) Glassdoor reviews are very very very worst it is showing 4.1 but comments are 1star Note: Current company RMG is saying my profile shot listed for client interview PAYPAL and it was on 19th FEB and she is saying she can match photon offer 26 LPA even more also according to my client round performance and my last working day is 25th Feb 2025. She is saying she will complete entire process before 25th My product owner is saying take rmg offer but don’t revoke your resignation until clearing client interview and ask her to send mail confirmation about ctc part after clearing and ask her to Onboard to the project this should happens before 25th then only revoke your resignation or else you may loose existing offers also what should i do now?of guide me on this
