Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

I am a .NET full-stack developer with ten years of experience. I work with Angular and .NET microservices deployed on Azure. I believe I am a strong problem-solver and a quick learner. I am currently employed by one of the Big Four firms with a total compensation of 31 LPA (fixed + variable). I have received an offer of 42 LPA (all fixed) from a US-based product company establishing a GCC in India. I am still exploring opportunities and am quoting 10% above my last offer. Recently, I received a call from Deloitte, and they indicated their maximum budget is 34 LPA fixed.
