EY is an awesome organization to work with. Probably the best learning program any MNC offers, transparent, fair compensation, good work life balance if you deliver and work to plan. Drawbacks do exist from human perspective. However as an organisation, EY is indeed one of the best.

Dislikes

Practically speaking its a partner driven business. Irrespective of the company policy and benchmark, what partner and senior team thinks and wants is enforced. Its not bad however, this leads to favorism and conflicts sometimes. At that point it starts hampering growth.

Bad Work Culture. No work life Balance. There should be a two way feedback policy. Seniors Do not want to train the staff instead they need staff who are already trained to work on their clients.

Issue of delay on salary always, seniors will not support you however they will give you strong presentation but in reality whole will be "zero" , no one will listen to you, management will just give you direction, no support would be given
