The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

It has terrible work-life balance and toxic work culture. You are forced to work on Saturday by creating undue pressure although there is no deadline

Company culture is great though it depends on your team and Managers Work wise it will give you enough opportunity to learn and grow

Salary is not that good. Not upto market standard Too much work pressure People work for more than 12 hours everyday

...ng you indirect resignation in starting ,later on they will force you to resign. Variable pay is biggest Joke , i completed 2 years not even single rupee i got for 2 years . Note- My performance is too good , feedback from client , dell management/managers wants their permanent emp so they will release you , no matter how good you are My Sincere advice to people who are looking for jobs , please dont join in EY if they tell client is DELL ,just say No otherwise you should ready to face consequences as like me and many of us .
