Dislikes

Every year they find a reason to not give you a good hike or bonus. Even they said Corona as a reason, though company did extremely well that year financially. This year they have spend more than enough on splitting EY and dropped it. They don’t have a concern for the people working for them.

...ture 10/10 Work Pressure is sometimes too much Company gives you power to lead Compensation is okay, Appraisals are okay All in all "A Decent company to work for 2 yrs and then switch" Colleagues and Seniors are very well behaved and helpful.

1. Sometimes the work pressure is extreme 2. Bonuses, hikes, appraisals, rewards recognition can be improved

Likes

Salary on time (1st every month), lot of training available, Free MBA from Reputed university, 5 days week, Colleagues are highly qualified and having in-depth experience, Fortune 500 company.

Dislikes

Payroll employee are better treated compared to fix term employee, There is a lot of scope of team-work culture, appraisals are not as per merit, like mediocre company appraisals are not that much lucrative and hence attrition rate more.

Likes

Global brand (Fortune 500), salary on time, i.e. 1st of every month, no deduction during pandemic, lot of training, good team combination etc.

Dislikes

Lot of travel resulting less time spent with the family, groupism, less repect for seniors, no job security, many staff are on fix term contract and its rare that they become permanent, appraisal to only few selected etc.

Salary hike will go towards negligible amounts in years to come and the one who possesses great in-demand skills should be able to survive. It is with all global organizations and not just with EY. But not to forget, the one who works hard will get good remuneration benefits too. So the idea is to stick to an organization like EY and give a direction to your career.
