Firm have good leave policy and flexibility in working but the benefit is only to few people who please managers. Recognition and career growth will be more for such manager's favorite people. They does not count the work and dedication you have. In short different rules among the people is the worst thing there.

The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

Appraisals and pay scale amongst the other big 4s are ok

It has terrible work-life balance and toxic work culture. You are forced to work on Saturday by creating undue pressure although there is no deadline

Company culture is great though it depends on your team and Managers Work wise it will give you enough opportunity to learn and grow
