... culture it's good but depend on each individual how they understand & adopt it. The leadership need to improve their thought process on utilization targets to be sync with compensation provided. The company policies has lot of scope to improve which will satisfy the employee needs.

Dislikes

...oining them. Pathetic work life balance. Just leaving after 2 months of joining. Believe me you don't want to join this company only basis of compensation. They will frustrate you to a level that the compensation will not matter to you anymore.

Company provides sufficient number of leaves available to disconnect from work and enjoy, good policies to encourage learning and provides learning platforms for employees, exposure to direct client interactions.

Dislikes

Always try to negotiate on lower salary and appraisals not so good, work pressure is high as people are assigned to multiple projects, I had to be available online for calls in different time zones without any shift allowance, management doesn't really facilitate career growth, switching projects is not easy.

People here are not professional and will try to play cheap games. They are very aggressive and will ruin your personal life .

I have been harrasses by my senior male and HR did not expel him . Instead my bonus was stopped and asked to leave my project . Ultimately I had to resign . Worst place to work .
