Nothing, Toxic work environment.

Dislikes

The work life balance, learning, career growth, skills development,compensation sucks. Only copy paste work is done here. Leaves are not approved by managers even if you apply 2.5 months before in busy seasons. Employees have to work on Saturdays and on Public Holidays also.

The people are really good. It's a great place to work at. It's a brand to be associated with. The bonus is an add-on which is outside CTC.

The pay is not upto the industry standards. The work is also not that exciting.

EY is having a BIG 4 reputation in Global level. i observed the work culture is way better than other companies.

...er. In my team i have to work 14-15 hours max in a day during the busy seasons. Appraisal and salary are not up to the mark.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.
