...ot great. No joining kit. Just the laptop and it's charger. No WFH compensation. So do not expect anything other than your salary. Working weekends is normal over here to complete projects. So overall I'd say work culture and management needs to get better but as an employee you can learn a lot within a short span.

I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

The company's work culture is very good, with timely salary payments, a supportive team, and opportunities to learn and grow. The company is great if you're working on a client-side project. However, if you're working on an internal project, there is no job security.

The company senior forcefully told the candidates, "You can resign on your own, otherwise, I will terminate you."

Everything is negative here, boot-licking culture. Client is always right even they say that a man have 5 legs, EY upper management will agree on that. No support for their employees.

Good hikes and bonus with changes of working on upcoming and trending technologies, which again would depend on the kind of project you are alloted with. Flexible working is a plus.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, toxic managers, tight deadlines.
