For talented pool the growth opportunity in terms of learning, promotions, visibility etc. Is amazing

Dislikes

Effort vs compensation is not at par and differentiation between high performing people and average is not very transparent. Mostly people who put papers are only rewarded .

Flexible working.. If your manager is good, then you have a happy life. Else you are done

Dislikes

Every year they find a reason to not give you a good hike or bonus. Even they said Corona as a reason, though company did extremely well that year financially. This year they have spend more than enough on splitting EY and dropped it. They don’t have a concern for the people working for them.

...ture 10/10 Work Pressure is sometimes too much Company gives you power to lead Compensation is okay, Appraisals are okay All in all "A Decent company to work for 2 yrs and then switch" Colleagues and Seniors are very well behaved and helpful.

Salary on time (1st every month), lot of training available, Free MBA from Reputed university, 5 days week, Colleagues are highly qualified and having in-depth experience, Fortune 500 company.

Payroll employee are better treated compared to fix term employee, There is a lot of scope of team-work culture, appraisals are not as per merit, like mediocre company appraisals are not that much lucrative and hence attrition rate more.

Global brand (Fortune 500), salary on time, i.e. 1st of every month, no deduction during pandemic, lot of training, good team combination etc.

Lot of travel resulting less time spent with the family, groupism, less repect for seniors, no job security, many staff are on fix term contract and its rare that they become permanent, appraisal to only few selected etc.
