...nds as well without any extra pay and need to work atleast 12 hours on weekdays. Salary is also very low and not as per big 4 standards. No fun activity. Management is biased and big pay difference for employees working at same designation. Job security is there but at one time peace would become more important in life than working at EY.

Work life balance is next to zero unless you have serious boundaries and/or don't care about what your manager thinks. Promotions are like anywhere else - tough. But they have way more variations in reasons to not promote you, basically nothing is enough. Self learning is the only way to learn and expand your knowledge because once you get in a role it's unlikely that you'd be learning much of anything else except what's required in YOUR process

The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

Work life balance. Senior Managers and partners take more work from client for their bonus purpose but main load is usually on managers, consultants and Analyst . Consultants and Analyst being the most juniorshave bad life. Guarantee of a heart attack at 50

Appraisals and pay scale amongst the other big 4s are ok

Dislikes

It has terrible work-life balance and toxic work culture. You are forced to work on Saturday by creating undue pressure although there is no deadline
