Has many negatives than the positives, No job security, once the project has come to end, there is no new assignments, the management asked to take up any role that was given, irrelevant to the expertise. Very disappointing to know Big brands function this way. Disheartening experience. Making a job shift because there is no job security. There is lot of politics internally.

I think EY provides you with ample of space to learn and innovate yourself inside the organisation. This is the value EY shares to all of its employees. If you are sincere and smart regarding your work you should not worry about job security or even work life balance. EY gives ample of opportunities to help you grow like different trainings.

Sometimes getting stuck with support tasks limits the learning curve especially when you're at the beginning stages of your career. Your EY experience is dependent on your project, teammates and manager. I had the misfortune of being aligned to a manager who didn't follow the EY core responsibilities and values, hence my life at EY has been nothing short of misery. This has affected my rewards and recognitions and promotions. But otherwise, EY is a great place to work and grow professionally.

I really find very fortunate to work with EY especially at times like this where other companies are trying to chuck people out. EY has taken care of its employees in every aspect and I hope it does in future as well.

Salary is decent but teams like where I work, I work 12 hours everyday, expect and deserve more than decent salary. Even at this time we are having complete productivity. Definitely there is a lot of politics in team and sometimes it become unbearable to work. I have worked in other team as well but it looks like EY culture just doesn't apply to our team. In comparison to other teams, our team has less confidence on women employees, which is demotivating.
