Our cs manager is very bad . Always we to tell our head dept pls help and he always help . Other depts are doing time pass with cusyomer issues with no responze and every time our senior striglle to solve as they aslo are helples as old team members and no care for others no fear

Two many = bad Founders no knowledge on retail business , favors mis ,risk and tech team. Worst risk team who never give limit but want business . No ground team but want business to come from ground team . Salary increase was esops but lied not given . Fooling us and destroying life
