Because of data analysis team and settlement team , many people losing jobs . They are fou ders favourite and due to then huge loss every month but founder protecting them and sacking good people . Data team is daily doing work home . Look at so many people leaving

No Job Security even at any lavel of the company. Company have too many reporting managers are with diffrent asks are making the job very hard to do. All field staffs are removed by a single decision without given notice period pay.
