...e is a focus. Lot of learning opportunities. Good number of clients now in Pune. Company took very good care during Covid times (bonus, hikes, home office set up). Very good management. Flexible working hours. One of the first companies to start working from home before going into lockdown. Was very well managed as well

It's really horrible to work here. They don't recognize for the work you do. No motivation... Management is utter waste.

Dislikes

Epam India culture is horrible... Though EPAM Global is far better.. Here all rotten managers are sitting, they just take big pay cheque.. They don't have any good project here and they don't have capability to bring also. Management should change, then only it will be better to work here.. Else it's horrible. HR department is another waste, they don't have any clarity.

-Fixed Salary -Good health insurance -Good client base -For tech enthusiasts it's a great place as there are lot of learning platforms and so many hackathons and code events

Dislikes

-Short term projects -Annual appraisals are not aligned with employee performance -Once we come out from project, again we have to prepare and give interviews to get another project and client interviews are not that easy to crack -For experienced people like 8+ there will be hell lot of expectations and we have to contribute to Epam as well Client with this we lose work life balance. So for experienced people its a challenging company where you have to be very compete and proactive to survive

Nothing as such. The compensation at the time of joining was very competitive

...r hike % Promotion is linked to clearing interview which doesnt have any pattern and then % hike is very poor No bonus concept

- Earlier this used to be a good company, but not anymore

Dislikes

- once you are into epam, you will be exploited to the core ( initially they may pay you good ) - no hikes, no promotions, HR's are the worst, they expect work as if they are a top product company but pay and facilities are worst.
