...ter put you in bench there is struggle for good employees to get new Projects. Variable pay added to CTC. Even for top performer to get new project is very difficult.

The worst ever company in my entire career. They don't have projects with them yet they keep on uttering they will get projects and they have engineering partners. When times come for project deals literally people are making fun of themselves and higher management is completely enjoying their position along with no clue, but at the end they will target 3/4 resources to terminate just in sake of their a## saving.

Average salary compared to other peer company. Mediocre work in most of the projects. Few people jumped quickly in the hierarchy with the help contacts. Couple of policies are not employee friendly.

Salary Only part by which they attract employee.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

No Job Security. They will give only 7-8 months job. No proper process follow like corporate. They are not giving job which are matching to your profile. In my case I was backend developer and they have given me job of front end development. They will expect work while you are on leave. even though you have planned leave they are estimating work for that also. No support in case of medical emergency, if you take leave they will escalate the thing.
