Entrata is like my second family. I have been enjoying working with Entrata for 11 years full of flexibility, and work-life balance. We do have challenging work which turns into room to grow as professionals. Entrata is mainly known for its best and transparent work culture, we also have a healthy relationship with our managers. We can see a better future with Entrata.

It's my personal view that the pay scale should be as per the experience.

Dislikes

1. Work-life balance takes a hit because of compulsory late night hours to interact with foreign team members. 2. Job security is not at a satisfying level. Some managers do indulge in a sort of power harassment, where extra work is demanded at the whims of job insecurity. 3. Work satisfaction and promotion/appraisals are not at satisfactory levels.

- If you are in office then you can have free food and breakfast - Salary on time

Dislikes

Challenges in the organization - Lack of support: Engineering manager and existing employees are not supportive; you won't receive help to understand the current product flow. - Engineering manager is very danger person in Entrata, if you ask questions related to product then you may get fired or being placed on PIP. - Existing Engineering Manager/Employees having so much interest to know your package/salary but you should not respond. - Expected to work late into the night. - If you have financial dependency then you will in trouble and potentially harming your career - I would rate this organization in RED
