All professional teammates ,well training provided by senior mentors. Job secured until no client issues.appraisal ,travel depends on company financial value. Good people except few. Great work environment with flexy time. Balanced with personal life.

This company is a great place for freshers to join with great salary and lots of opportunity. I get opportunity to learn many technology. The work environment is very friendly and if you work hard you will be praised and raised accordingly. Time flexibility is there for work-life balance.

For seniors, it is a bit struggling life to learn things by themself by hit and trial method. You may not find a more senior person to guide you. You may not always find the work you like. Depending on project requirement you will be pushed to learn the technology and work accordingly.

I learnt a lot working there. It shaped my career. Loved the compensation and benefits that I got there. Work life balance was awesome despite the huge amount of work.
