Vendors not supportive, engineering person manpower issue, executive engineer have work 12hrs Or more , no job satisfaction, fitters, electrician, water operator not performing their job properly hence deviation issue every month.

I like working in Emcure Pharmaceutical and best experience in my career and knowledge. Good work environment and culture.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is poor and career growth is slow.

Salary comes on time, Alternate Saturday is off Only resident director understands the problem of employee

HR manger is busy in politics and promoting groupism due to which it is difficult to continue job for long time

...Regret to leave company. This all things happened at Kadu, Surendranagar Plant. Please Don't Go this plant if they even offered Good Salary Package.

...myself working 14 years in emcure. But due to Pune location I survived 14 years. Company giving good salary. But recently so many times lay off happened. During lay off company will save job related to cso and near employees not considered work who given lot of hard effort for organization. Finally this is politics oriented company and inside company lot of politics going on. Company never consider individual effort and other things. My personally during 14 years given lot of project output which is really good for company. Nobody given such type of output within 14 years. But finally during lay off company not considered this and consider only those employees who near to owner and cso and save their job.
